Contract-to-hire

This is a safer option for the client where the  candidate we present works for a specified period of time on our payroll  allowing the client to directly assess their work performance prior to hire by their organization. This option allows the placement fee to be amortized over a three or six month period, with no additional conversion charge.
 

Direct-hire placement
